Administration
The administration area is only accessible to users who have a user type of "Administrator". It is used to maintain the structure and access to the intranet. The following guide details each aspect of the administration options.
Application Settings
Blue Box Intranet provides you with a degree of customisation allowing you to personalise the intranet to your organisation's branding or corporate identity. You can upload an image to include on the home page or change the welcome text.
Editing Categories
Categories appear within the left hand navigation of the intranet, and are used to organise your intranet information. Exactly how you do this is will depend upon the requirements of your organisation. If you have not done so it is suggested you read the getting started section of this user guide. Permission groups provide one element of Blue Box Intranet's permissions system. Every user profile is appointed a permission group which in turn determines what areas of the intranet they can access. This area allows you to add, edit and remove categories from the intranet.

Workspaces
The intranet can contain any number of workspaces, each of which will provide a different function to the intranet's users. This area allows you to add, edit and remove workspaces from the intranet.
